For thew past 3-years he has had an problem with voles, due to the juniper ground cover planted by the HOA. The voles hide under it for protection. The HOA acknowledges they’ve gotten other complaints but they say it is all part of nature.

Last year he submitted his taxes for 2023, in August the IRS said they need his signature on the return. Then in November they need his signature & W2.

She has a custom made dining table that she gave to her daughter. In 2018 her daughter was moving and no longer needed the table. Ruthie hired Front Range Movers (Edgar), who picked up the table and moved it into storage. She called him back in 2020 and asked for her table. They hung up

In August 2023 he parked in parking garage for a few hours, Left through the entrance because the exit gate was not working. He started getting letters from garage for $92 due.

In April 2024, noticed water damage, called Restoration One. Filed claim with American National Insurance. Restoration One set up equipment. They ran for several weeks. He thinks his homeowners insurance was not fair so he called Nobel Public Adjuster. Now, Restoration One is trying to collect a $9K balance.
SOLAR

He signed a contract with Redrocks Roof & Solar in June, 2023. There were issues with installation. Now they are having problems getting the system activated.

Debbie’s 90-year old neighbor, Ruth, had AARP insurance for 25-years. They suddenly dropped her for no apparent reason. She got new policy with HomeSite. After 1 1/2 she had a hail storm and her insurance only paid $800.
RENTING

Lives in Colorado Springs in a trailer park. He works for a towing company and takes his truck home at night. The park management says he can’t park in the park, even though they let others park commercial vehicles.
