He lives in Vista Ridge, Blue Sky section. There was a leak in the building of condos. HOA needed to determine where the leak was coming from. They waited 6-months to take action. Hired ASR to find leak. They said the leak inside his wall that they fixed.

She got an HOA letter saying her dog was a danger to other dogs and people.

Made 2 HOA payments in April, bank refunded one of them. Now HOA mistakenly thinks she took back her original April payment. They are charging her penalties. Management company is Keystone Denver Property Management.

HOA has gone “down hill” over past 3-years.
