got letter from HOA about being noisy in the middle of the night. he works at night but at a pc. HOA wont’ tell him who made complaint. but he feels this is a neighbor he’s had issues with in the past. he has reported neighbors for excessive barking, driving drunk, etc…..now has $200 fine
For thew past 3-years he has had an problem with voles, due to the juniper ground cover planted by the HOA. The voles hide under it for protection. The HOA acknowledges they’ve gotten other complaints but they say it is all part of nature.
