got letter from HOA about being noisy in the middle of the night. he works at night but at a pc. HOA wont’ tell him who made complaint. but he feels this is a neighbor he’s had issues with in the past. he has reported neighbors for excessive barking, driving drunk, etc…..now has $200 fine for noise violation.
