My career began with investigative journalism—digging into consumer complaints, exposing fraudulent companies, and helping victims recover their money or receive justice. I learned early on that consumers often have nowhere to turn. Companies have lawyers, accountants, corporate policies, and loopholes. Consumers have… headaches.
I wanted to change that.
Over time, the Troubleshooter brand grew into a trusted source for consumer protection. I built networks of experts, attorneys, mediators, and reputable businesses who help me resolve issues others can’t. I’ve personally helped return or recover hundreds of millions of dollars for the public.
