Bought a used 2013 F150 from Auto Nation in Golden. He had a 5-day/250 mile warranty so he bought the truck and had it checked out. He found defective suspension air bags and now wants the dealer to fix them.

His car was dinged in the Walmart parking lot (Quincy & Belleview) by an employee gathering carts. Insurance adjuster said she has video showing that he backed into the cart.

The current HOA board doing shady things. They are self-managed and one member of the board, a “Super Member”. There is a bedbug problem in her bldg of 4-units.

Bought a transmission ($2,800) from Jeff Jolliffe @ Mtn View Transmissions. Clayton installed it and it was defective. He sent it back to Jolliffe. He has not received a replacement.

He owns an old duplex (built in 1949) and he wants to raze it to build a new duplex. East Jefferson County Water & Sanitation District wants him to tap into their system the long way.

Took nephew’s truck in for AC work (Pride Auto Care) and they caused some damages. They scratched the door.

Bought a used 2017 Jeep Cherokee (50K miles). Developed a noise, charged $250 diagnostic fee + $200 deductible. Air compressor overheated causing other problems.
