He got a free phone with Xfinity’s Now pre-paid discount service. He was told he could keep the phone even if he canceled after a trial period. He canceled but can’t get the phone unlocked.

His wife bought him a new iPhone. She paid cash in August and returned it the same month. The local Xfinity store gave her a return label. They sent it back and they have not yet gotten a refund.

On July 7th, called Xfinity, before her trip to Europe, to get an international global pass. They told her the global plan was included in her current Xfinity plan. But when she traveled, she racked up $1,500 in charges. She disputed it.

Signed up for Xfinity mobile in June, had trouble from the beginning. Now, he says, his bills are not correct. He says his bills should be $102.67 but he is paying around $40 more for data.

Took up an offer with AT&T (in writing) for $154 monthly, with 5 free phones. So far, the bills have been $2,200 a month for more than a year.
