Hired a contractor, Kellen Vance of Vance Metal Buildings, LLC, Steel bldg with concrete slab. Recently contractor has been delaying. Paid 30% down, $24K. The contractor has cancer. Aaron hired an attorney November 12th.

After Bronco’s game could not find his car. It was towed along the entire street. But he said he was parked in between signs where it WAS LEGAL. When he picked up his car, police were at the impound yard.

On June 24th he had a landslide at his home. It left a 42-foot deep ditch, 80-feet wide. He wants to know his recourse because he believes it was caused by a neighboring farmer’s irrigation.

Rented an apt in 2020, after signing her 6th lease, she moved out due to “black mold”. She said they agreed to let her out of the lease but now they are not returning her security deposit.

Daughter rents on western slope for college. Moved in around May with a one-year lease. She immediately saw roaches and landlord sent exterminator.

18-months ago his new dentist pulled three teeth and installed a bridge for around $6K. The bridge shattered. He then was having trouble with an adjacent tooth and had that pulled. Then a fifth tooth was also pulled due to an infection.
