On June 24th he had a landslide at his home. It left a 42-foot deep ditch, 80-feet wide. He wants to know his recourse because he believes it was caused by a neighboring farmer’s irrigation.

sprinkler system doesn’t come on at all at one part of her house. two opinions say lines under tree roots and they tried to digging it up but didn’t work. called another co and they didn’t have a good idea how to do it.

Dave says his elderly neighbor has a dead tree on her property (home is vacant).

He is a landscaper (Western Waterworks) doing work for a woman and things went sideways, now she is keeping his tools. She paid him $425 and they do not have a contract. He went over with an Aurora cop to get his tools but she did not answer the phone.

Paid $8,400 up front to Country Roots Design & Build in Elizabeth (Chance Weyer) for a fence the front of her property. He drilled 160 holes and left the job May 15th. He is now ghosting her.

Heavy rains cause flooding in his yard. He wants to know what to do.

She has a neighbor and his downspout is flooding her basement.

Local musician who does part-time house flipping. Having trouble with landscaper (5280 Sky View, Patrick Naughton) Invoice says he gets a new 6-zone irrigation system for $7K. He only got 3 zones.
