Ryan bought a claw-foot bathtub from Walmart. They delivered a white tub, but he had ordered black. They made 2 more attempts to correct the problem, but the tubs were still white and were sent back. Now he is being charged for the wrong tub (still at his house) and the replacement tub, which was never delivered for a total $3,800.

We are contacting Walmart to get to the bottom of this mystery! Walmart insists the tubs were all black, as he ordered.

We asked Ryan to please double check the tub on his porch, by cutting through the thick wrapping, to be sure it is the wrong color. When he did that, he discovered the tub was actually black, as ordered! The white color he saw was the plastic wrapping on the tub.

Meanwhile, even though Walmart did not make a mistake, they still agreed to pick up the tub and refund his money!
