Renewal By Anderson – financing issue. $82k job . financed the whole job. Renewal used two different financing co. first loan co. green sky . was fine paid off $50k-ish. but the second loan co says loan never finalized.

He had water damage and called in American Restoration, they demolished the basement. They said they could not complete it because it needed additional electrical work, more money.
