issue w/ contractor. Cleary /Shamrock building corp builidng carport. the sales guy he originally spoke to in oct 2024 about the project but he was fired. contract $71k put down $14k. he specified metal poles but when he got the blueprint it said wood poles but he told them he wanted to metal poles. they could change it but it would be an extra $20k to change to metal poles. Eric from Great Wester RLM said they should be refunding deposit . having eric look at contract to see if it specified wood or metal beams
follow up 5/8. Eric w/ Great Western says the contract so ambiguous. calling shamrock to get a comment they said they were waiting on customer to call them to work things out. … marc advised caller to call Shamrock and call us back if its not worked out
