verizon issue. late feb he bought new iphone off verizon website. was told it would be unlocked after 60 days. called after 60 days and they said they changed their policy April 1st.

Verizon is only crediting him for 2 of the 4 trade-ins he made for new phones. For each phone he gets a $30 credit to apply to the phone payment.
