follow up call . hired contractor to replace roof . joshua sandavol. hail storm. gave $5k check for materials. roofer did nothing. called show and roofer said he’d give him $500 every two weeks. only got $500 and still owes $4500 . now taking him to court.
had roof done in 7/2024 after hail damage. one of the workers said shingles were old. the shingles were right color but looked like the shingles were used. he was told by manager that it was supposed to have the “old look” Robin Hood Roofers. then removed siding and replaced with 2x4s. looks terrible. got
Follow up call from October- Toms notes….She had a solar system installed 7-years ago with so-called “critter guard” to protect the wiring insulation. She said squirrels got thru and did $3,500 in damage. She wants the original contractor to fix for the damage because she believes the critter guard did not do its job. had
