Follow up call from October- Toms notes….She had a solar system installed 7-years ago with so-called “critter guard” to protect the wiring insulation. She said squirrels got thru and did $3,500 in damage. She wants the original contractor to fix for the damage because she believes the critter guard did not do its job.
had hail claim as well and probid came out and put new critter guard on . insurance says they could be reused. and probid said needed to be replaced.
got brian burns w compass to see if he could call to get them to pay the $1200 for the critter guard. Brian recommended calling ins agent to fight for her and to make a complaint w/ dora .
