She has neighbors on north and south sides. She has been there 22-years. The south side neighbor moved her fence on 03/23.

lived in condo almost 3 years. past year neighbor has been renovating home and has done some things to cause water coming into her condo. neighbor lives above her. neighbor refused to go thru her insurance so Monica had to call her own home insurance. now being dropped by insurance . insurance can’t subrogate due
