renewal by anderson. got new windows installed dec 2023. windows have condenstation. causing mold. got nick gravina on for the call . nick gravina gonna look at windows and follow up on the show.

In April 2024, noticed water damage, called Restoration One. Filed claim with American National Insurance. Restoration One set up equipment. They ran for several weeks. He thinks his homeowners insurance was not fair so he called Nobel Public Adjuster. Now, Restoration One is trying to collect a $9K balance.

He lives near Crown Hill, in a 44-year old home. Street is higher than property so drainage water comes onto his property.

Hears a creaking and popping sound in the family room

having home re insulated and xcel energy is giving rebates for this work. when xcel comes out they will want to do a home efficiency test and he wants to know if they are going to try and sell him other products.

moved in to town home a few months ago. sink started backing up with hot water but not cold. bob logan wasn’t sure what would cause it . and its town home so they will go look at it for $93 free
