Mom died and a sister was the trustee of an irrevocable trust that owned mom’s house. She sold the house was sold for $690K to friend for an inside deal. Then the “insider” sold the house for $1.75M.

assistance w/ contractor. contractor came to house after may 2024 hailstorm. had damage on roof, gutters, window, paint, siding, shudder. total claim was $70k. contractor said he’d do house for less than ACV. contractor didn’t finish work. contractor says $15k is still owed. contractor is being sued by several customers so hes starting to finish

problem w/ mike shaw dealer. purchased 17 jeep rubicon on no 14. paid $24k . next day realize there is no heat. took it back to dealer. put 18 miles on it and svc mgr said it didn’t have issue when they sold it. sat at dealer for 1 week. said it was fixed by

Problem w/ car repo because he missed some payments. After that he went online and paid the loan off and tried to get his truck back. He was told it was already at auction to be sold.

Her 1985 Dodge Ram (a family heirloom), expired registration, towed out of her son’s apartment complex (Bear Creek) to a private lot. From that lot, iit was towed, on December 12, 2024, to impound by a second tow company called, APT Towing.
