lived in condo almost 3 years. past year neighbor has been renovating home and has done some things to cause water coming into her condo. neighbor lives above her. neighbor refused to go thru her insurance so Monica had to call her own home insurance. now being dropped by insurance . insurance can’t subrogate due to hoa language preventing subrograte. got brad obrien and john fuller . followed up again on wednesday 1/7 and was hoping that maybe brian burns could shop her insurance since american family was canceling. brian says when home claims are involved it doesn’t matter who’s at fault the claims still count against her.
