hired flooring contractor for home. everything was fine at the beginning. except he made a few inappropriate comments looking her up adn down then saying “oh wow”. had laminate flooring was replacing with LVT. a week or so in she said she had some concerns. he said let him finish up and touch up and then do a walk thru to address concerns. before walk thru he wanted payment . $2200 first half was paid the first week. and then paid the rest before walk thru. job is horrible and not finished. white caulking on brown floors. didn’t undercut under the door jams. glued down transition pieces instead of nail. used wrong transition piece. during job he sent pic of wife in hospital of her split hand. he says she split hand while working on lannahs floor. did have appt june 19th to do walk thru but he never showed. contacted her he had covid.
