issue w/ insurance fraud. in may 2025 called american family insurance agent to get a commercial policy . at beginning she paid in full for the year. said policy would be active in may and renews may 2026. got hail july 6. next day july 7 roofing guy came by and said she had hail damage. called american family to file claim. last night got call from agent and said her policy was never active. she sent documentation shows a billing acct number, policy number, effective dates, and payment confirmation.
