Renting a condo that is privately owned renting to him thru a management company, starting in April. He has numerous problems since then and wants to be compensated for losses. Example, sprinkler system leaked and damaged his area rug. His ceiling and subfloor are still exposed after leak was fixed.

Daughter signed lease agreement west edge apartments. There are 5 rooms leased w/ common area. She signed lease in February. She was told she could find a replacement person to take on lease. However, they are unreasonably turning down replacements.

He is subleasing a building and the landlord took off with his stuff almost 2-months ago. Landlord took very expensive specialized equipment. The landlord is now in the Castle Rock area.
