Apple Remodeling did a big project on his home completed in 2018 and now has a leaking master shower. The leak showed up within the first year. Now other experts discovered leaks are caused by a bad shower pan.
Hired a contractor and paid $10,000 up front payable to One Wolf Builders. He paid for permits, then died. She is owned a balance of $7,500 and put in a claim on his estate. It was rejected because his estate attorney said it was disallowed because it should’ve been filed against his business.
Hired Advantage Designs, Inc to build a garage/living quarters back in December 2021. Got building permit in January 2024. So far paid $160K on a $290K project. So far 50% of the project has been completed. He is concerned because contractor hasn’t been back since April 2024.
He bought a new home from CTG Homes in Gold Canyon Estates in Canyon City (Freemont County). There are a few homes draining water onto his lot.
