Saw a news piece about homeless in Lakewood on CDOT property where it was reported that there has been an on-going problems for years.

He has power of attorney for father, 91 years old (2nd) and mother, 89 years old (1st). They were going to sell their home and move into an assisted living facility. But now his mom is being resistant.

Bought 35 acres of land with outside mineral rights. He wants to know his rights.

In August 2019 he retired from the Army after 20-years of service. He is on disability and is getting psychiatric help. He is very disappointed with the quality of help. He finally found a good clinic. During the summer of 2021 the original clinic is trying to collect $200.

He filed for divorce in May of 2024 because wife was cheating. He is now an auditor (auditing car dealerships’ floor plans as part of his new job).

Problem w/ Comcast and Lumen —–he is a project manager for city of denver. has a pole with lumen and comcast in the development they are re-doing that needs to be removed. can’t reach anyone at lumen and comcast to give them a chance to remove equip before they remove the pole.

A city council member called Claudia (a community activist) man in Commerce City who gets around in an old car. She is trying to find him a van to help him out.

3 years ago ss check and identity was stolen. took three months to get ss check straightened out. Now they are taking $200 a month out of her ss check for a sba loan that was taken out in her name. tries to reach out to SBA and can’t reach anyone. Deputy D says there

A woman died in her mid-40’s, and was returned to the funeral home in pieces. They can’t get her ready for viewing. He wants to know what to do.
