His infant daughter was born (March 26th) with meth in her system, she was taken by Child Protective Services @ 5-days old and put into foster care. She is now 4-months old and he only gets a few hours a week of visitation. He wants custody but he is being charged with dependency & neglect and they want him to take a plea deal. He wants to fight it.
