He bought a 1970 3/4 ton pickup truck. He had Legends Auto Care & Customs, Colorado Springs (Jeremy Ketchum, JA Holdings, LLC), pick it up in March 2023 for restoration. He paid $17K down + $10K. Ketchum stole his engine and never did any work. He since hired a tow company to bring his truck back home and he sued Legends. He got a judgement for $139K and is now pursuing collections.
