A guy selling a car took Elizabeth and her boyfriend, James had been drinking heavily and went for a long test ride with the salesman. He then demanded they pay $20 for gas. They did not have the money so he accelerated and had an accident. James and Elizabeth and seller took off. James & Elizabeth were arrested. She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and other charges. James was charged with stealing a car, open container, etc. Meanwhile, the seller went back to their van and stole everything out of it. He also went to their home to rob it. Seller was arrested for auto theft. James has a criminal record for DUIs, and reckless driving causing injury.
