An ATF agent came onto his property to serve his wife some papers. His dog got out and the agent shot the dog 4 times. Chopper got a comment from sheriff pio and they said they ddin’t find anything criminal and won’t be pressing charges. got a statement from PIO ATF. which said the dog charged and bit thru agents clothes and thats why he was shot and killed.
