hoa issue. lives in hoa neighborhood and has been rebuilding a mini cooper and its been inoperable. he got a fine for a disabled vehicle. the fine is $200 and he has a meeting with hoa board . hoa is saying he never fixed it and he’s looking at more fines if he doesn’t pay. marc says he shouldn’t try to fight it , and pay fine, and move on.
