On September 18th she was hit by a car when she was on her scooter. The woman took off and was later found. Merissa was given a ticket while she was in ICU for Careless driving resulting in injury. She got an attorney and received $4K. She bought a car with her settlement money in February, put down $5K and financed around $7K. The car started on fire and she says her insurance won’t pay for it.
