About 2-years ago a cellular phone was delivered to his door without him ordering it. He decided to keep it. Then a few days later another phone showed up, he refused. Then a few days later, a third phone showed up. He refused it. Phones kept coming. He got upset and switched to another company. Now Verizon is trying to collect $3K. He will acknowledges that he kept and used three of the phones and will pay for those but he doesn’t think he should pay the whole $3K.
