Problem with her brother’s social security payment which credits to his debit card. someone accessed his ss debit card and used funds. ss closed the debit card and sent another one. was told he didn’t activate new debit card and when he checked balance the $4k that should have been there is now down to $700. a gentleman named mike cooper contacted brother and requested his drivers license to help him. possibly called wrong number. then asked for birth certificate.
