Her disabled son (who has a guardian) bought a shed from Leland’s Sheds (ASG, LLC) in February, 2024 for $17K. He made arrangements for direct withdrawal from his SS check to finance it (even though she claims his guardian never agreed to it). BTW, his girlfriend has been his guardian for the past 8-years because he is legally incompetent.
She said they delivered the shed to her home and she signed only for delivery. But Leland’s contends she is the actual purchaser. They took her to court because she would not the payments. The judge said they needed to pick up within a certain timeframe. They did not. Now she wants storage fees. They went back to court and they got an order to pick it up again. They came with the sheriff and she said they beat her up, broke her ribs and knocked out her teeth and gave her a concussion. She went to the hospital. They tore down her fence and retrieved the building. She was also charged her with neglect and child abuse for alleged abuse of her foster children. The foster children were taken from her.
