She lives in the same complex as Dena. Recently management sent out a warning that no one is allowed to have unauthorized guests beyond 15-days. Meanwhile she says the neighbors above her are very noisy. She has called the police numerous times. Management company told her to stop calling police. She also believes they have unauthorized guests living there.
