had skylights replaced in 2023. had hail damage but didn’t do an insurance claim just paid cash for the skylights. there was leaking ahead of the storm then replaced. early 2024 tenant complains that skylight leaking. called installer and they said flashing wasn’t apart of the installation. brooke white guest in studio said skylights generally failed due to flashing issue. got jay bretz on for the call.
