problem w/ Waste connections. missed pickup. called a few times and talked to rep. rep said lets fix this since hes been customer 20 yrs . what can he do. neil says come pick the trash up. canceled account and was sent a payoff bill. commercial acct. paid the $900-ish bill in a timely fashion along with the requested certified letter. they came and dumped the dumpster and never picked up the dumpster. then got another bill in november for $44-ish.
