Just had another call about Champion Windows, one of many we’ve had recently. The calls all center around the same basic issue: people have had Champion windows installed in the past and are now having problems with broken seals or other things. Champion is ghosting them. When we call, we can’t get anyone who will take responsibility.

In my opinion, Champion used to be a great company. They had a strong sales and service team in Denver, along with an actual Denver factory. Over the years, that factory has been closed and the local sales team has dwindled. The company was acquired by a larger company and now they seem to have lost that “personal touch” with consumers.

I no longer recommend them for home improvements.
