Colton bought $1,100 in Amazon gift cards and recently made some purchases with them. Shortly after the purchases were submitted, the transactions were canceled and the credit balance was removed from his account. He said Amazon will only say that the action was taken “per terms and conditions” and if he disagrees, he needs to submit proof of purchase of the gift card.

Colton submitted receipts for purchase of the gift cards but the account credit has still not bee restored. By the way, the gift cards came in sealed packages so they were no tampered with.
