Zach says his mom lives at Heather Gardens and the elevator in one of the three-story buildings has been out since Thanksgiving Day! He said many of the residents are too elderly to use the stairs and are trapped.
We had one of our deputies reach out to the general manager who said the problem was with the mother board on the control module. He said it was on back-order but has finally arrived. He said the elevator would be up and running by tomorrow!
How’s that for a coincidence?
