His car (2008 Chevy Trailblazer) was stolen last year and got it back. Last month it was stolen again. Went to PD and filled out a report. Then he got notice that he had unpaid parking tickets. Now Broomfield PD says his car was found abandoned. When he went to police impound he was told he had to pay $1K in parking fines. Now it was stolen out of police impound.
