Feb 2024 deck was completed by K&A Construction on his newly-built home for a contracted price $20K. Within 3-months the deck Trex boards started bowing. Contractor promised to fix it but they did not come out. Now they claim they are not responsible due to backfill. But Patrick’s engineer says it was improperly built.
