Hired Moses with Kingdom First Construction, Nov 9, 2024, to build a pole barn garage. Dec 2nd, drilled holes, Dec 30th poured concrete for poles. 9 of 18 piers were in the wrong spot. Kept trying to fix them and kept pouring them wrong. Finally got the piers right. Currently the posts are up and half of the wall stringers – but Mark did the work, not Moses. So far Mark paid $34K up front, according other contractors Mark got around $10K. The whole job is for $60K.
