She was a 20-year old medical student out walking her dog and was approached by a 30-year old man (a dentist). She started dating him and they eventually started living together, having consensual sex. They then broke up but were still living together. It was during this time she claims he forced himself on her for sex and she got pregnant. The daughter is now 4-years old. Last year the man took her to court with claims against her for child abuse, neglect and molestation. He was granted 100% custody and took the daughter to Maryland.
