She is a landlord and rented a single family home to a woman with 3 kids, thru Section 8. The girl’s father did various jobs for her. Then he began slacking off, so she stopped using him. Suddenly things at the home were damaged by break-ins. She believes the tenant and her dad are doing the damages. She has spent $24K so far on damages. Lease is up at the end of November. She gave them a notice to quit and tenant signed a recision of lease.
