He is a specialty metal contractor for handrails, gates, planters, etc. He was recently hired by GE Johnson (later bought by DPR when he was in the middle of the job). He finished the job in April and is still owed $48K (on $1.1M). Beacon Capital owns the building and reportedly is not paying the general contractors, hence all of the subcontractors are awaiting final payment.
