medical billing insurance issue. daughter in law and son went on the exchange to buy a health policy. somehow a broker gets her number and calls. she thought his co was on the exchange. had an emergency and insurance declined the claim due to being out of network. they made a complaint with dora and john jones jr w/ integra and they said thats all you can do is file complaint.
