Trying since April 8th to get a refund from Frontier Airlines. Booked a trip to San Diego in July. She was supposed to get some free child flights, but she needed to verify kids ages to get a refund. But after buying tickets, she can not find a way to actually verify the ages. She has an incident number but Frontier keeps promising to follow-up but they never do.
