2010 toyota tundra 4×4 off road- bought from dealership back in nov 2024. been broken down for couple months now. off road automotive in ft lupton. marc says they are bankrupt. bought a third party warranty protection program. white smoke on highway back in april and vehicle shut down. shop says the neck of the radiator was worn out and sheared which ultimately made radiator failed. warranty ppl denying saying the oil level to high and coolant is too low. also have documentation and video footage from the shop it was just at being serviced. it needs new engine for $12k. marc says small claims may be best option to get warranty pay up.
