issue with pull behind mower. got dumped off at end of driveway. the container was damaged. first time he used it, it broke and same w/ second time. 52 inch. called his cc company and got his money come back. company said they’d pick up . he put it on his utility trailer to make it easy for pickup. it was originally dropped off on a pallet. shipper picks up and says he cant get it off utility trailer. called DR Power the seller back. and they said they would find a different shipper. a couple months went by and its not picked up. he takes it off trailer. container was destroyed. now DR wants money back cuz he didn’t meet return return protocols. then DR got an attorney to due a demand for payment on the mower .
